Operations
(1) Fasten the plate (to be cut) onto an operating platform with a minimum distance of 15cm between the plate and the platform.
(2) Fit the tool with an electric drill or any power drill by. fastening the drill chuck.
(3) Operate the tool when the motor runs.
(4) Release the cutting bit when the motor keeps running.
(5) Use special bit-cooling oil at operation.
(6) See the picture below for more information when the tool is fitted to a drill.

동작방법
(1) 절단할 플레이트를 작업 플랫폼에 고정하고, 플레이트와 플랫폼 사이에 최소 15cm의 간격을 두십시오.
(2) 드릴 척을 고정하여 전동 드릴이나 다른 전동 드릴에 공구를 장착하십시오.
(3) 모터가 작동할 때 공구를 작동하십시오.
(4) 모터가 계속 작동할 때 절삭 비트를 놓으십시오.
(5) 작동 시에는 특수 비트 냉각 오일을 사용하십시오.
(6) 공구를 드릴에 장착할 때 자세한 내용은 아래 그림을 참조하십시오.

 

A Note
Tighten any screw before using the tool.
Never start operation before the motor runs.
Keep a vertical angle of the cutting bit to the sheet
Release the bit in operation while the motor is still running.
Please use special bit-cooling oil at operation.

참고 사항
공구를 사용하기 전에 나사를 조이십시오.
모터가 작동하기 전에는 절대 작동을 시작하지 마십시오.
절단 비트가 시트와 수직 각도를 유지하도록 하십시오.
작동 중에는 모터가 작동하는 동안 비트를 놓으십시오.

Capacity
For main metal sheet cutting: iron plate 1.8mm max./stainless steel plate 1.2mm max
For other material cutting: copper or aluminum plate 2.0mm max./ plastic or plywood 2.0mm max.

Replacement

Rod Replacement:
1. Loosen the screw on therod holder.
2. Loosen the set. screw and pull out the rod.
3. Fix the center hole in the rod inte the right position of the sliding block and then tighten the set screw.
4. Tighten the screw on the rod holder.
5. Install the cover and lock ring.

Rod Holder Replacement:
Loosen the screw slowly with the hex wrench to release the rod holder for replacement. (see nd the attached picture)



교체(수리교체)

로드 교체:
1. 로드 홀더의 나사를 풉니다.
2. 고정 나사를 풀고 로드를 빼냅니다.
3. 로드의 중앙 구멍을 슬라이딩 블록의 올바른 위치에 고정한 후 고정 나사를 조입니다.
4. 로드 홀더의 나사를 조입니다.
5. 덮개와 잠금 링을 설치합니다.

 

로드 홀더 교체:
육각 렌치로 나사를 천천히 풀어 로드 홀더를 분리한 후 교체합니다. (첨부된 그림 참조)
